（莎阿南6日讯）熟客竟然是贼！
一名经常光顾莎阿南17区某餐馆的印尼籍食客，昨日中午约11时，再次上门享用美食之际，竟趁老板和员工忙着招待其他食客时，到柜枱偷走老板装有1万5000令吉的手提袋。
不过，他没有想到其偷窃过程，全被店内闭路电视摄录；业者报案后，警方迅速根据视频画面掌握嫌犯身分，成功逮捕嫌犯。
莎阿南警区主任巴哈鲁丁助理总监今早发文告指，警方是在昨天接获餐馆业者的投报后，迅速在当天下午约4时，在餐馆附近逮捕一名印尼籍嫌犯。
他说，嫌犯36岁，是名建筑工友，也是该餐馆的常客；警方目前援引刑事法典380（偷窃）条文调查此案。
