收治发烧患者竟触法 河南医院挨刑事控罪

河南扶沟县一家没设发热门诊的医院因收治发烧患者，而被官方控以“涉嫌妨害传染病防治罪”。
（郑州12日讯）中国河南省一家医院近期收治了发烧患者，却因而被官方控以刑事罪名。
原来这家医院在未设有“发热门诊”的情况下收治发烧患者，违反了中国国务院的防疫相关规定。
河南警方10日通报11宗“涉疫典型案例”，其中一宗是该省扶沟县一家未设发热门诊的医院，在去年10月末至11月初期间接诊发烧患者。
根据通报，扶沟县警方依照中国刑法规定，逮捕涉事医院的郭姓副院长，再由检方控以“涉嫌妨害传染病防治罪”。一旦罪成，郭将面临最高7年的监禁。
中国在非典型肺炎疫情期间就要求各医院设立发热门诊，今次的冠病疫情也采取同样方式，规定发烧者必须前往有设发热门诊的医院就医，若医院违反规定将被视为触犯刑法。
