（吉隆坡5日讯）男子违规将摩哆停放在残障人士泊车格后接罚单，未料他心生不满，发飙辱骂正在值勤的执法员，多番挑衅，但执法员竟“骂不还口，打不还手”，超高的EQ管理让人惊叹！
网络流传一则长1分钟的视频，见一名瓜雪市议会执法员在值勤，相信是在对违例汽车开罚单，而他身旁有一男子正对他破口大骂。
男子一直以不雅的字眼辱骂执法员，但执法员对其行为视而不见，继续值勤。
当执法员走到另一端，男子还追上前继续骂，甚至还用身体碰撞执法员，挑衅味浓郁，但执法员依旧没有还手，继续忽略对方。
网民认为男子的行为就像流氓，也惊叹执法员竟可以做到无动于衷。
另一方面，瓜雪市议会发文告说，有关事件是于昨早9时45分，在雪州绍佳娜乌达玛地区比达里6/2路发生。
当时执法人员在上述路段值勤时，突被一名不满接罚单的男子趋近破口大骂和威胁。
有关男子将摩哆停泊在残障人士泊车格，因此接获罚单，他为此心生不满，当场辱骂执法人员。
由于男子的行为以妨碍执法人员执行任务，且行为已构成威胁，因此执法人员事后报案。
最后也赞赏该名执法人员的专业态度，并指若民众不满接罚单，可直接向该市议会投诉。
