安理会商乌克兰危机 俄美剑拔弩张

（日内瓦1日讯）俄罗斯和美国在联合国安全理事会针对俄国在乌克兰边界结集军队一事剑拔弩张，西方国家加强外交努力，以避免欧洲爆发冲突。  

在相关紧张情势不断升温下，美国誓言，俄方若在这项多年来受到最高度关注的联合国会议之一提出任何“假消息”，都会遭到反驳。  

安理会这项会议是应美国要求召开，此时外界日益担心，俄国即将入侵乌克兰，但俄国当局对此加以否认。  

美国总统拜登在会议开幕时发表声明警告俄国，必须展现以外交途径解决乌克兰问题的意愿，否则将遭到严厉报复。  

拜登说：“如果俄罗斯真诚愿意透过对话来处理我们各自的安全疑虑，美国与盟邦和伙伴将继续真诚参与。否则俄罗斯若决定扬弃外交手段以进攻乌克兰，那就必须承担责任，立即面对严重的后果。”  

俄国曾企图阻止15国组成的安理会召开这项会议，俄驻联合国大使涅本齐亚指控美国，企图以挑起争论来“激发歇斯底里情绪”。  

但美国大使汤玛斯－葛林斐德表示，俄方集结军队就是这项会议必须召开的原因；至于俄方阻止开会的举动则遭到安理会15个理事国中10个挺美国家的反对。
