中国《家教促进法》上星期六起生效，针对父母教育儿女的责任进行划分及规定。

（北京4日讯）中国《家庭教育促进法》（下称《家教促进法》）今年元旦正式生效。

央视报道，《家教促进法》去年已获全国人大3次审议后通过，分别从“家庭责任”、“国家支持”、“社会协同”和“法律责任”4大方面，针对“未成年孩子的父母、监护人”、“社会对家庭教育的责任”进行划分及规定。

根据《家教促进法》，家庭教育应符合5点要求，包含“尊重未成年人身心发展规律”、“尊重未成年人的尊严、隐私权及合法权益”、“贯彻科学的家庭教育理念和方法”、“家庭、学校、社会教育紧密结合协调”、“采取灵活多样的措施”。

新法同时规定，父母或监护人必须“避免加重未成年人学习负担，预防未成年人沉迷网络”、“不得歧视未成年人，不得对未成年人施行暴力，不得利用未成年人从事犯罪勾当”。

《家教促进法》是继《教育法》、《义务教育法》和新版《未成年人保护法》后，中国又一部教育领域的重磅法规。央视说，新法生效意味着“家庭教育从家事上升到国事，中国父母进入依法育儿时代”。
