美防长确诊轻症 12天前与拜登最后接触

美国防长奥斯汀确诊冠病，现已居家隔离。

（华盛顿3日讯）美国防长奥斯汀2日证实确诊冠病，目前症状轻微。他在12天前曾与总统拜登面对面接触。

奥斯汀2日晚间发布声明，自己因出现症状而在上午接受检测，结果为阳性。他目前症状轻微，已依循医生的指示以及美国疾控中心指引，居家隔离5天。

根据声明，奥斯汀隔离期间仍计划“尽可能以视讯方式参与重要会议与讨论”，其余事务则交由副防长希克斯代为处理。

奥斯汀表示，他已向自己的领导团队，以及拜登通知确诊消息。他的下属已着手进行接触者追踪工作，上星期与他有过接触的人员也会接受检测。

根据奥斯汀，他最后一次与拜登开会是在12月21日，当时的检测结果为阴性。到了同月30日他有前来国防部办公室，与数名下属短暂碰面，双方全程都有配戴口罩，以及保持社交距离。

奥斯汀先前已完整接种冠病疫苗，并于去年10月再打一针。他说，从医生获悉是疫苗让他的病情得以如此轻微，故在此呼吁任何符合资格者尽快接种疫苗加强剂。
