（吉隆坡2日讯）财政部长拿督斯里东姑扎夫鲁再次强调，政府不能允许水灾灾黎提取公积金存款应急，因为这将影响人民已很少的退休存款，更何况79%土著的公积金存款少过1000令吉，许多人也无法从提款措施受惠。

他指出，50%或600万名公积金局会员的存款少于1万令吉，因此即便政府允许提款1万令吉应急，许多人也无法受惠，这其中的74%会员是土著。

他说，政府此前推介了i-Lestari、i-Sinar和i-Citra提款计划后，公积金局会员已提取超过1010亿令吉存款，若政府再次允许人民从公积金局户头提款，将进一步影响存款很少的严重问题。

“疫情期间，政府确实允许人民提取公积金，但这只是短期和暂时援助，如今有许多人要求更多提款，这是简单的政治操作，却是不负责任且仓促的要求，没有分析后果。”

东姑扎夫鲁今日发布视频指出，B40低收入会员的存款中位数是1000令吉，退休后20年每月只有4令吉；M40中等收入会员的存款中位数则是2万5000令吉，退休后20年每月只有104令吉。

“政府不能在每次发生天灾就允许人民提取公积金，几乎每年都有水灾，也可能有土崩和火灾等灾难，若每次灾难都要提款应急，存款永远都不会达标。”
