（吉隆坡10日讯）2022年亚洲羽球团体赛（汤尤杯入选赛）下周二将于莎阿南实达阿南会议中心挥拍，大马羽球传奇拿督李宗伟看好，全主力出击大马男团可以首次夺得冠军，特别是一众争冠对手都是派出副选军。

李宗伟认同，大马主要对手卫冕冠军印尼与日本都没有派出最强阵容，这让占尽天时地利人和的主队，夺得冠军机会浓厚。

李宗伟接受访问时指出：“我认为大马男队是有很大机会夺冠，但他们首先要打入半决赛，以便建立信心。”

宗伟也向年轻球员发出挑战，特别是在上个月印度羽球赛打入半赛的男单黄智勇、赛穆迪男双冠军万纬聪与郑凯文、男单艾迪尔等小将，希望他们把握机会，好好表现。前一哥也以过来人身分，提醒他们需要在场上全力以赴。

与汤尤杯入选挂勾的亚洲羽球团体赛在2016年创办，2年一届，印尼在男子团体赛，已实现3连霸，其中两年前在菲律宾进行的比赛，印尼正是在决赛击败大马登顶。

比赛将于本月15日至20日进行，男团共有八队参赛，A组队伍包括有印尼、印度、韩国和香港组成。马来西亚男队被列入B组，同组劲敌包括次号种子日本、新科男单世界冠军骆建佑领衔的新加坡，以及哈萨克。

女团方面，大马女队是和头号种子兼卫冕冠军日本以及印度同在Y组，突围难度颇高；在Z组的队伍则有韩国、印尼、香港和哈萨克。由于新加坡女队临阵退出，女团比男团少一队，只有7队。

谈到女队，宗伟希望她们至少能小组出线，以取得5月曼谷尤泊杯决赛圈门票：“女队要争冠不容易，但我希望她们能为国家尽最大努力，并给出自己最佳状态。”
