他说，共有25名住户包括1名婴孩成功逃生，但现场3辆轿车及2辆摩哆皆被烈火烧毁100%。

消拯员积极灭火后，于凌晨约2时成功扑灭火势，并再三检查现场安全后，于3时52分收队。
