（东京10日讯）日媒10日援引多名消息人士称，日本和美国政府正在共同制定一个框架协议，以限制有关国家安全的敏感技术的出口。
《读卖新闻》报道指出，此举是为了防止中国利用“军民合一”战略，提升自身军事力量。
报道指出，两国就技术的海外出口制定规则，这些技术可能包括半导体制造设备、量子密码和人工智能。此外，日本和美国还打算在这个议题上与包括欧洲国家在内的盟国进行协调。
