（吉隆坡1日讯）灾后多垃圾，小心鼠尿病！
全国消拯局总监拿督斯里莫哈末韩丹指出，灾黎受促勤于清理垃圾，频密丢垃圾，除了避免引发其他疾病如鼠尿病，也防止在发生第二波水灾时，垃圾被洪水冲走。
“公众需做好准备，随时应对可能发生的第二波水灾；当水灾发生后，洪水会将垃圾冲走，以致引发其他疾病。”
他向“马新社”指出，民众撤离到水灾临时疏散中心前，受促将重要文件及贵重物品收拾好，并指若民众不愿撤离，需储存更多粮食来应对。
“若水位不断高涨，民众必须马上撤离到安全地点。”
他说，若发现住家范围有出现水灾情况，民众可拨打999紧急热线、临近警局或消拯局投报。
