（新山25日讯）一名扣留犯在法庭攻击一名女主簿官，所幸及时被警员阻止，无人受伤。
新山南警区副主任林日辉今晚发文告指出，事发于今天上午11时20分，当时警方在法庭办理申请延扣程序，其中一名扣留犯突然攻击该女主簿官。
他表示，警员立即阻止，控制了场面，该名女主簿官并没受伤。
他说，警方还在调查此案，将援引刑事法典第186条文（妨碍公务员执行任务），一旦罪成，可被判监禁两年或罚款一万令吉或两者兼施。
