（平壤23日讯）朝鲜中央通讯社周四报导，朝鲜最高领导人金正恩称赞即将离任的中国大使李进军帮助改善了平壤和北京之间的关系。

崔龙海对李进军说：“金正恩高度赞扬大使在过去7年中成功协助了几次朝中首脑会谈，为发展两党和两国的友好关系做出了很多努力，并与朝鲜人民同甘共苦。”

崔龙海表示，金正恩对朝中关系进入“新的鼎盛时期”感到非常满意。

朝中社指，李进军请崔龙海向金正恩表示感谢，并祝贺朝鲜人民“在社会主义建设的各个领域取得进展”。 

另据韩联社报导，崔龙海还向李进军颁发了共和国一级友谊勋章，国务委员会周三为李进军举行了欢送晚宴。

李进军于2015年3月上任，驻朝时间长达6年9个月，在中国历届驻朝大使中任期最长。

中国政府2月安排中共中央对外联络部原副部长王亚军调任驻朝大使接替李进军，但因新冠肺炎疫情迟迟未能赴任。

由于朝鲜此前一直封锁边境防疫，甚至不允许友邦大使回国，李进军此次卸任回国能否成为朝鲜与中国等其他国家重启高层交流和贸易的契机备受关注。
